These High Vacuum Systems are built for rugged reliability, process redundancy, and
easy maintenance.
With design concepts like our multiplex piping system, there is a backup for every
mechanical component in the system. Should a pump, filter, tank, or baler fail, the
system can continue to operate by simply throwing a manual valve.
We build the largest self-cleaning Secondary Filters on the market. Our standard 36
Bag Filters use Pulse Jet, Reverse Air, and Bottom Cleaning Cycles.
We build the largest Primary Receivers on the market. These Receiver Tanks use
Reverse Air Cleaning, and no compressed air is used for Screen Cleaning. Our
Stainless Steel Wire Cloth Filter Screen is bonded to a heavy support frame, which is
very easy to inspect and replace.
Our High Vacuum, Self-Clearing, Enclosed Valves have no exposed pinch points.
